Zinantis by Fastpayhotels is totally free for properties to join. Our platform works with net rates so that partners can mark them up and package rates to sell to future guests. We charge the tour operators under a transaction model.

To be or not to be

Fastpayhotels is a company based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. We have a support team that can be reached 24/7, every day of the year. The company does not interfere in the contract conditions offered by the property and will simply apply what inventory is set up.

Question 3

You control which partners connect

Accepted Answer

Zinantis by Fastpayhotels acts as a platform to distribute inventory to specific partners. The property will oversee connecting partners through the platform by selecting them, or by requesting new partners to connect by sending an email to our support team.

Question 4

You choose how you get paid

Accepted Answer

The property will choose how they want to be paid. We have several options: the property can be paid directly by the tour operator, or by Fastpayhotels by Virtual Credit Card at check-in of the guest. Every relationship established can have a different option.

Question 5

Bookings are honoured, and liability is limited

Accepted Answer

The property will honour all bookings and avoid overbooking each accommodation. Fastpayhotels shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, nor with the Agreements established between Distributor and Supplier.
